In this role, you will conduct assessments, facilitate group and individual therapies, and create individualized treatment plans. If you are a licensed social worker (LMSW/LCSW) who wants to make a difference in your community and your clients' lives, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities&nbsp;

<li>Perform intakes and assessments</li>
<li>Create individualized treatment plans for each client</li>
<li>Use evidence-based and holistic treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments</li>
<li>Facilitate wellness workshop&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan</li>
<li>Perform regular wellness checks</li>
<li>Adhere to all facility and licensing standards</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or similar field</li>
<li>Current and unrestricted LMSW/LCSW&nbsp;</li>
<li>Clinical Experience Maintaining a caseload: 2+ years</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Highly organized</li>
<li>Culturally competent</li>
<li>Haitian Creole or Spanish speaker preferred&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
