Position: Assistant Studio Manager
Location: Scarsdale, NY
Employment Type: Full Time
Compensation: $20 to $22 per hour plus commission and performance bonuses

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Studio Manager in leading daily operations and maintaining high performance standards
- Coach and motivate Sales Associates and Flexologists to meet and exceed membership sales and service goals
- Drive new membership sales through lead management, community outreach, and local marketing initiatives
- Monitor key performance indicators including revenue, retention, and labor metrics
- Ensure an exceptional client experience from first visit through long term membership
- Manage scheduling, front desk operations, and overall studio organization
- Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming environment aligned with brand standards
Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience in fitness, wellness, retail, hospitality, or sales management preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, organization, and team development skills
- Customer focused mindset with the ability to build relationships and close sales
- Interest in health, fitness, mobility, or boutique wellness studios
- Comfortable working in a commission based sales environment
- Experience with CRM systems or studio management software is a plus
