🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operate and monitor high-tech vacuum atomization furnaces
- Load raw materials and manage furnace control systems
- Perform regular inspections, cleaning, and light maintenance
- Use electric hoists and hand tools to handle heavy equipment
- Clean furnace chambers and replace worn parts
- Follow strict safety protocols and wear required PPE
- Work closely with your team and receive continuous training
🕒 Shift Options That Fit Your Life:
Weekend Shifts (3 Days On, 4 Days Off):
- 4th Shift: Fri–Sun, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 5th Shift: Fri–Sun, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Weekday Shifts (4-Day Workweek):
- 6th Shift: Mon–Thurs, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- 7th Shift: Mon–Thurs, 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- 8th Shift: Mon–Thurs, 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

✅ What You Bring to the Table:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing, production, or machine operation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights up to 60 feet
- Mechanical aptitude and a strong safety mindset
- Reliable transportation and flexibility for overtime

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
