You will be a key member of the RDG production team that remanufactures critical railway signaling equipment.

This work is predictable and repetitive.

To be successful, you will need to have a high level of attention to detail with all aspects of the work.

Your work will include disassembly, refurbishing, reassembly and test of all kinds of railway signaling equipment. Familiarity with various types of common hand tools will be very helpful.

To be a successful manufacturing plant worker, you should work with consistent speed and accuracy. An outstanding worker should maintain production standards and improve productivity without compromising quality. On a day-to-day basis, you will be supporting various operational functions in the manufacturing shop.

No experience or little experience is required. We will train you!

Responsibilities

• Must have reliable transportation to work each day - either your own car or public transportation.

• Must be able to work a set schedule.

• Follows health and safety standards.

• Maintains a clean workstation and production floor.

• Assembles products and parts.

• Follows production guidelines and specifications.

• Operates and maintains machinery and equipment.

• Works on the production and meets weekly targets.

• Reports any issues to the supervisor.

• Performs other tasks as assigned.

Full time position - in person

Pay range: $18-21
