Established (15+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Plaintiff Associate Attorney for Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation in New York, NY
An established New York litigation firm with over 15 years in practice is seeking a Plaintiff Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of litigation experience to join their growing firm. Candidates with either plaintiff or defense backgrounds are encouraged to apply. This Attorney will work on plaintiff personal injury matters, including construction accidents, labor law, premises liability, and motor vehicle cases. Offer:
- Salary range: $115,000-$150,000, contingent on experience

- Bar dues and CLEs covered as approved
- Hands-on litigation experience with partner mentorship Qualifications:
- The candidate must be admitted to the New York State Bar or awaiting admission with relevant experience.
- The candidate must have approximately 2-10 years of litigation experience, plaintiff or defense.
- The candidate must have experience with written discovery, motions, and depositions.
- The candidate must have strong research, writing, and case management skills.
- The candidate must have familiarity with New York State courts and civil practice.
- The candidate must be able to manage multiple cases and communicate effectively with clients and the team. Responsibilities:
- The attorney will manage an active personal injury caseload under partner supervision.
- The attorney will draft pleadings, discovery, and motions in personal injury and construction cases.
- The attorney will appear in court for conferences and motion arguments.
- The attorney will take and defend depositions with support as needed.
- The attorney will work directly with clients, experts, and investigators.
- The attorney will assist with settlement evaluations and negotiations.
- The attorney will support trial preparation and case strategy as matters progress.
