Multiple positions available:
- Ophthalmic Technicians (hands-on diagnostics & patient care)
- Medical Scribes (real-time documentation)
- Assistant to the doctor(s) (administrative & clinical support)
- Hybrid roles (combination of above)

What you'll do
- Operate advanced imaging (OCT, ERG, UBM, B-scan, widefield fundus photography)
- Conduct diagnostic tests (autorefraction, lensometry, visual acuity, visual fields, aberrometry, corneal topography, biometry, specular microscopy)
- Take comprehensive patient histories
- Document patient encounters in real-time for medical scribe jobs NYC
- Assist with pre/post-operative care for surgical patients
- Provide administrative & clinical support to doctors (assistant roles)
- Coordinate patient scheduling and manage office workflow (assistant roles)
Must-have requirements
- Work authorization in the US
- Patient-focused attitude and eagerness to learn
- For scribe/hybrid roles: Typing speed 60 WPM with proper technique
Nice-to-have:
- Previous healthcare experience
- Bilingual abilities (Spanish, Mandarin, other languages)
- Pre-health coursework
