Job Title: Clinical Laboratory Technologist
Location: New York, NY 10029
Duration: 14 Weeks
Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Compensation:

• Travel Pay: $2,722.12 weekly

• Local Pay: $2,250 weekly

Job Summary:
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled Clinical Laboratory Technologist to perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures that support the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in chemistry and hematology, demonstrate attention to detail, and maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and complex clinical laboratory testing in chemistry and hematology.

• Analyze specimens and accurately report test results.

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment.

• Follow quality control, quality assurance, and safety procedures.

• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory and facility requirements.

• Communicate effectively with laboratory leadership and healthcare staff.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist.

• Strong background in chemistry and hematology.

Education Requirements:

• Required: Associate’s degree from an accredited laboratory technology program.

• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.

Certifications & Licensure:

• Required: Valid New York State Education Department (NYSED) license to practice as a Clinical Laboratory Technologist (092) with Primary Source Verification (PSV).

• Preferred: BLS certification.
