Outlive Homes is the first real estate brokerage built entirely around a commitment to sustainability. For every move we facilitate, we plant 100 trees and remove 10 pounds of pollution from U.S. coastlines.
This isn’t our first time building a brokerage in NYC. Our leadership team has decades of experience with top agencies and a track record of innovation in real estate. With our strong foundation and trusted landlord network, we’re redefining what a modern brokerage can be.
The Role
We’re looking for licensed real estate agents who want to grow their careers while making a real impact.

Start with a fair 80/20 split

After one year + $50K in closed commissions, you automatically earn equity in Outlive Homes

Additional equity opportunities through referrals and milestones

Outlive offers the option to cover all StreetEasy costs

Day-to-day: sales, rentals, property tours, negotiations, and lead follow-ups (StreetEasy, landlord network, and client referrals)

We will put you on our existing StreetEasy ads so you can start working leads immediately

What We’re Looking For

Licensed NY real estate agent (existing sales, rentals, and/or commercial experience is a big plus)

Someone who knows the NYC market and is hungry to deepen their landlord and client relationships

Clear communicator who can build trust with tenants, landlords, and partners alike

Independent and self-motivated, but values being part of a tight team that shares resources and referrals

Operates with integrity, confidentiality, and respect in all transactions
