<h3>Job Description</h3>
Prominent defense firm is seeking an Associate Attorney for their thriving midtown NYC office. Ideal candidate will have familiarity with NYS Labor Law 200, 240, 241 and have 4+ years of litigation experience in one or more areas: General Liability, Tort, Professional Liability, Premises Liability, Medical Malpractice, Catastrophic Injury, Civil Litigation.
 
Option to work MOSTLY REMOTE! 1-2 days a month in office.
 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Handle cases from inception to resolution</li>
<li>Independently manage a caseload</li>
<li>Make court appearances</li>
<li>Provide client status reports</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>4+ years of litigation experience</li>
<li>Familiarity with (NYS Labor Law 200, 240, 241)</li>
<li>Trial prep experience</li>
<li>Licensed to practice in NY</li>
</ul>
 
Salary Range 150k-180k (DOE) + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits+ Mostly Remote or Hybrid
