We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to oversee the delivery of integrated mental health care services to children and adolescents across school-based settings and community-based environments under the CFTSS model in New York State. This role is crucial in coordinating comprehensive, family-centered, and culturally competent care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of professionals.

- Lead and supervise a multidisciplinary team including mental health clinicians, peer advocates, and FFS staff.
- Oversee the delivery of school-based mental health-HPC services including individual, group, and crisis interventions within educational settings.
- Provide clinical oversight, support, and supervision to staff delivering CFTSS services (e.g., Other Licensed Practitioner [OLP], Psychosocial Rehabilitation [PSR], Community Psychiatric Supports and Treatment [CPST], and Family Peer Support Services).
- Serve as a liaison between schools, families, community agencies, and health systems to ensure coordinated care and seamless service delivery.
- Conduct regular team meetings and case reviews to ensure high-quality service provision and adherence to evidence-based practices.
- Monitor service delivery outcomes and support data collection for program evaluation and quality improvement.
- Carry a small caseload of clients, providing direct clinical services in both school-clinic and community settings as needed.
- Promote family engagement and advocacy, ensuring services are strengths-based and trauma-informed.
- Responsible for after hour call rotation.
- Provide training, mentoring, and support to staff to ensure professional development and compliance with NYS Office of Mental Health (OMH) standards.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New York State. Two years of supervisory experience; Experience working with adolescents and/or young adults with serious mental illness. Minimum 3 years of experience providing mental health services to children and families. Strong understanding of trauma-informed care, child and adolescent development, and family systems. Experience in community-based mental health services. Experience with school-based mental health services or CFTSS is highly desirable.
