Our Hudson office is seeking to hire a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in an office setting. Experience in neurology is preferred but not necessary

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities

Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history and physical examinations.
• Prescribe medications and other treatments/testing as necessary
• Work with physicians and other hearthcare professionals to ensure proper care.
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses
• Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
• Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
• Communicate with collaborating physician or specialist regarding patient care
