Aaspen HVAC currently seeking an HVAC Installer and Service Technician to join our team. We are offering a SIGN ON BONUS of $2500!

Responsibilities:

• Setting up new HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork and ventilation systems.
• Working with blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation.
• Installing ductwork, piping, and other necessary components.
• Connecting equipment to power sources and ensuring proper functionality.
• Maintenance and Repair:
• Performing routine maintenance tasks to keep systems running efficiently.
• Diagnosing and repairing malfunctions in HVAC systems.
• Replacing worn-out or damaged parts.
• Cleaning and adjusting systems to optimize performance.
• Safety:
• Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures when working with HVAC equipment.
• Working with hazardous materials like refrigerants and ensuring proper handling and disposal.
• Customer Service:
• Communicating with homeowners or building managers to explain system operation and maintenance.
• Providing technical advice and recommendations.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction with installations and repairs.
• Other tasks:
• Assisting with the removal of old HVAC equipment
• Working with other tradespeople, such as plumbers and electricians
• Keeping accurate records of work performed
