<li>Schedule key deliverables and milestones, and ensure progress is being made</li>
<li>Supervise and direct laborers and construction workers</li>
<li>Report on progress</li>
<li>Identify and mitigate any potential issues that may arise</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Previous experience as a Construction supervisor</li>
<li>Deep understanding of construction management methods and processes</li>
<li>Advanced knowledge of construction methods and&nbsp; building products</li>
<li>Strong leadership and crisis resolution skills</li>
<li>Ability to break large projects into small steps</li>
