Generation Soccer Club (Brooklyn, NY) is currently seeking passionate, reliable, and experienced Youth Soccer Coaches to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
- Coach training sessions and games for various age groups
- Create engaging and age-appropriate drills and activities
- Foster a fun, safe, and inclusive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and club staff
- Support the overall development of each player-technically, tactically, and personally

Requirements:
- Prior coaching experience is required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A love for working with children and youth
- Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented
- Ability to pass a background check
- Coaching license or certifications (USSF, UEFA, etc.) is a plus
