Our client is a midsize/large law firm in the Financial District. The firm is a multi-practice law firm, and their Corporate department is hiring an attorney.
1st or 2nd year only.
Requirements:
•Public company securities experience a plus.
•Must be admitted to the NY Bar or admission pending.
•Excellent judgment and analytical skills.
•Strong interpersonal, management and administrative skills.
• Must be admitted to the New York State Bar or have admission pending.
• Experience with public company securities is preferred.
• Demonstrated analytical abilities and sound legal judgment.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and client interaction.
• Excellent organizational and administrative capabilities.
• Familiarity with corporate law and securities law.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and prioritize effectively.
• Dedication to continuous learning and attention to detail.
