Job DescriptionNow Hiring: Production Associate
📍Location: Niagara Falls, NY
🕒Shift: 1st and 2nd Shift | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM | $2 Shift Differential
About the Role
Join a dynamic and growing team as a Production Associate, where you’ll play a key role in assembling high-quality components for thermal and heat exchange systems. This hands-on position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with tools, value precision, and are looking to grow within a supportive and safety-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
- Assemble core components used in thermal and heat exchange products.
- Measure and cut materials, including various metals, to precise specifications.
- Use hand and power tools to complete fabrication tasks.
- Transport materials throughout the shop floor.
- Inspect finished products using blueprints and technical drawings.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Support other departments and assist with material staging as needed.
- Lift materials weighing 15–30 lbs regularly, and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
What You Bring
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team.
- Proficiency in reading and writing in English.
Additional Qualifications
- Experience using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.
- Background in similar production or manufacturing roles.
- Familiarity with hand and power tools, inspection processes, and machine operation.
- Strong attention to detail and time management.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a drug and background check.

Work Environment
You’ll be working in an industrial fabrication and machining environment where safety is a top priority. Steel-toe boots, safety glasses, and gloves are required at all times.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
