Job Description
Who You Are: Senior Counselors are responsible for leading a group of 15-20 campers with two or three Junior Counselors under their direction.&nbsp; Senior Counselors are expected to follow the established curriculum plan and schedule but are encouraged to contribute their own expertise and create an individualized approach to each investigation. We are looking for energetic, positive and collaborative counselors who will create an unforgettable summer experience for our campers and keep them safe.
QUALIFICATIONS
-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; B.A. or B.S. in a related field (master's degree preferred)
-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Must have classroom teaching experience or extensive experience working with youth
-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Must agree to expanded CPR Pro Training with Advanced First Aid
-&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Must agree to a&nbsp;background&nbsp;check
