Great opportunity for a Construction Project Manager to lead a high-profile, ground up project for an Albany, NY new build. This is a key role where you'll be involved in all phases of the project. Scheduling, safety, cost control, change orders and contractor coordination.

Ideal candidates will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or CCM Certification preferred
• 10+ years of successful construction project management experience
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• OSHA 30 Minimum Certification

• Compensation range: $95,000 year Min - $130,000 year Max
• The range provided is the salary that the Firm in good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position.

Exact compensation will be determined on the individual candidates’ qualifications and location

• The selected candidate must be authorized to work in the United States; Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
• Local Albany NY candidates preferred, there is no relocation assistance available.
