Apply for the Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning HVAC Bootcamp to receive specialized training that prepares you for immediate placement as either a Residential or Commercial HVAC Service Technician at Isaac Heating and Air Conditioning in Syracuse, NY. This is a 3-week paid bootcamp designed to teach you the fundamentals of HVAC in both classroom and field settings. If selected after completing the bootcamp, you will have the opportunity to join the Isaac team as a full-time HVAC Service Technician.
*Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays will be spent in Rochester at iTec Training and Education Center. Hotel accommodations and meal stipends will be provided for you. Thursdays and Fridays will be spent in Syracuse receiving on the job training.

Job Qualifications:
- No previous HVAC experience is required—just a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Valid drivers license.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work with a team.
What can we offer you?
- Paid Training, typically a $7,000 value.
- Full-Time Opportunity: If selected after completing the bootcamp, you will have the opportunity to join the Isaac team with a pay increase.

The starting pay for the bootcamp is $20 per hour, if selected for employment your pay will increase to $22 per hour. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
