Job DescriptionSalary: $70K - $74K

TGGhas partnered with aregional full-service real estate group, with five (5) regional offices, based in Buffalo, NY 14228. This group is seeking an experienced Property Manager with Accounting experience to add to their established team. The group has a portfolio of rental properties with management services, new vertical builds, and relocation services.

Day to Day Duties:

• Assisting with a portfolio of Three Thousand (3000) Rental Units.
• High volume Accounts Payables.
• Timely performance of Residents 'Close Outs
• High Volume Bank Reqs as each property is its own LLC.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
• 2-3 years of Real Estate or Property Management Accounting experience
• Experience with Real Estate Software ( Appfolio, RealPage).
• CAM experience would be a plus, but is not required.
