Days, 8 hours per shift from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with guaranteed 40 hours per week.
\n\nJob Description\n
We are seeking a qualified MRI Technologist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting MRI scans and ensuring patient safety during the procedures. The role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional patient care across various age groups, including adolescents to geriatrics.
\n\nResponsibilities\n

- Perform MRI procedures on patients while adhering to safety protocols.
- Administer contrast dye as per New York State guidelines.
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures and ensure their comfort.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with healthcare staff.
- Ensure the quality and safety of MRI equipment and work area.

\n\nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure\n
- \n
- Minimum of 2 years of MRI experience.
- Experience working with adolescent to geriatric patient populations.
- Current New York State License necessary to inject contrast dye.
- ARRT (MRI) certification required.
- BLS certification (American Heart Association).
