Job SummaryThe Legal Clerk will support the Thompson Hine legal team by managing daily operations related to mail, hospitality, reception, and basic copy/print services. This role demands strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a client-facing legal environment. While mail and print duties are trainable, prior legal experience and understanding of a legal office setting are highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily mail handling and distribution within the legal office.
- Provide hospitality support including greeting visitors and coordinating refreshments.
- Perform copy, print, and basic reception duties as needed.
- Deliver excellent customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
- Support office logistics and help maintain a smooth workflow for legal staff.
- Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds safely.
- Collaborate with the legal team to understand and support their operational needs.

- Strong customer service skills with experience in client-facing roles.
- Familiarity with legal office environments preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
