Care Ease Lawn LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Landscaping Team Lead
& Snow Plow Operator to join our dedicated team of outdoor professionals. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with strong in-field experience and a solid background in managing landscape crews. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a landscaping crew in daily operations
• Ensure high standards of service and job site efficiency
• Perform and supervise lawn care services including mowing, edging, and proper trimming techniques
• Manage and execute lawn restoration projects including grading, seeding, and soil preparation
• Must be proficient in mulching, bed edging, and trimming shrubs and flowers
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Ensure equipment is maintained and used safely and properly
• Transition to snowplowing operations during the winter season
• Have experience salting, operating a pay loader, skid steer and plow truck

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years landscaping experience, with minimum 3 years landscaping crew leadership
• Proven in-field knowledge of professional trimming techniques and proper lawn care practices
• Experience with lawn restoration, grading and site preparation and snow removal
• Strong leadership and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and a DOT medical Card
• Experience operating landscape and snow equipment preferred
