Position Summary
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for managing environmental projects from assignment through final report delivery. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, manages schedules and budgets, and ensures that all deliverables meet regulatory standards and internal quality expectations.
The PM balances technical oversight, client communication, and project coordination, while escalating complex technical issues to senior staff as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Coordination

Manage multiple environmental projects concurrently (Phase I ESA, Phase II ESA, due diligence reports).

Develop and track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

Coordinate site inspections, subcontractors, laboratories, and drilling contractors when applicable.

Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
