About Us
We are North America’s leading retail photography company, creating secure, inclusive, and empowering photoshoot experiences for women. As we expand across Canada and the US, we're scaling our IT operations to support rapid growth and high standards.
This is our first dedicated field technician role — an opportunity to shape how we deploy infrastructure at scale, maintain quality across locations, and standardize how work gets done.
The Role
You’ll lead on-site installations and manage short-term low-voltage contractors, ensuring all deployments meet our technical and quality standards. You’ll work closely with IT leadership to bring plans to life, reinforce our standards in the field, and improve how we deploy over time.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure deployments across North America
- Manage and guide contracted low-voltage techs on-site
- Install UniFi Network, Protect, Access, and low-voltage systems
- Install and tune audio systems; dress and label racks
- Physically set up workstations — assemble and position desks, monitors, and peripherals
- Develop SOPs and install standards (cabling, layouts, labeling)
- Review wire maps and floor plans; support procurement planning
- Audit and retrofit legacy sites
- Report updates and contractor feedback to IT leadership
- Contribute to internal documentation and training resources
Requirements

- Experience leading technicians during commercial deployments
- Skilled in rack dressing, cable management, and infrastructure layout
- Comfortable reading floor plans, wire maps, and construction drawings
- Comfortable working in physical job site conditions
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in IT or related field
- Familiar with Apple hardware, IoT systems
- Scissor lift / aerial work certified
- Experience writing SOPs or technical guides
Travel Requirements
This is a travel-focused role where you’ll immerse yourself in deployments for extended periods — typically spending up to two weeks in one city bringing a site to life from start to finish.
You’ll see your work come together in real time, experience different cities across North America, and play a hands-on role in shaping high-quality spaces our clients love.
Must be based in the US or Canada and able to cross the border.
Travel destinations include:
- US: NYC, LA, Miami, Dallas, Houston, New Jersey
- Canada: Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Ottawa
