Schedule options give you flexibility: rotating day/night shifts or a dedicated night schedule. Your role will be vital as you support production machinery by ensuring minimal downtime through effective troubleshooting, repairs, and scheduled maintenance. This collaboration-driven environment will involve working closely with others to maintain high-speed manufacturing equipment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance machine operations.
  • Efficiently diagnosing and documenting machine issues.
  • Managing PLC/HMI system troubleshooting efficiently.
  • Communicating machine statuses between shifts and maintaining proactive relationships with supervisors.
  • Participating in offline rebuilds and preparation work.
  • Committing to a 12-hour rotational shift.
  • Assisting in plant manufacturing under the guidance of the Maintenance Supervisor.

Need to Qualify:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
  • Background through technical apprentice programs or associate degrees is a plus, although hands-on experience may be acceptable.
  • Understanding of OSHA requirements and basic computer literacy is desirable.

Experience Required:

  • 5+ years in equipment repair and preventive maintenance environments.
  • Experience with documentation in a regulated field, such as medical devices, is valuable.
  • The ability to operate within a team and communicate clearly is critical.

Additional Skills:

  • Familiarity with cGMP and cleanroom environments is advantageous.
  • Capability to read and comprehend mechanical and electrical schematics.
  • Robust troubleshooting competencies, especially with PLC systems.
  • Knowledge in robotics, servo motors, and injection mold machines is welcomed.

Technical proficiency needed in:

  • Equipment and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Heavy machinery repair, robot programming, and adhering to FDA regulations.
  • With familiarity in industrial and automotive repair.
