Job Description: We are currently seeking a talented and experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems and a proven track record of providing high-quality service to clients. Responsibilities include performing installations, maintenance, and repairs on heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, as well as troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting HVAC components
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions to identify root causes and recommend solutions
- Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of HVAC systems to ensure compliance with safety and efficiency standards
- Provide excellent customer service, including addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Complete work orders accurately and in a timely manner, documenting all service activities and materials used
- Collaborate with team members and contractors to complete projects on schedule and within budget
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to prevent accidents and injuries
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a technical training program in HVAC or a related field
- EPA certification for handling refrigerants
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC technician
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Customer-focused attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
