You will protect our students, premises, assets, and employees and prevent any illegal or inappropriate occurrences. The ideal candidate has experience with public safety and security and operates with a high degree of integrity at all times.&nbsp; Responsibilities&nbsp;

<li>Ensuring the safety of students and staff</li>
<li>Patrol the premises and maintain a high level of visibility</li>
<li>Monitor entrances and exits to ensure only authorized personnel access the facility</li>
<li>Remove trespassers when necessary</li>
<li>Respond to reports of suspicious activity</li>
<li>Report on daily activities and any security incidents</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Previous experience as a Security Guard or in a similar position is preferred</li>
<li>&nbsp;NYS Security license</li>
<li>Strong understanding of public safety and security procedures</li>
<li>Excellent written communication skills and report writing ability</li>
<li>High level of integrity and professionalism</li>
<li>Attention to detail and strong observational skills</li>
<li>Ability to work without direct supervision</li>
<li>Security concierge</li>
