****Shift hours:4pm to 1:30am*****
(Plus 20 percent night differential)
CNC Machine Operator Position Overview:
Operate CNC Machine Operator and inspect finished parts.
Necessary Education, Skills, and Competencies (including licensing and certifications):
- 2-4 years’ experience with lathe/mill turning machines or trade school cnc certificate.
- Experience using the Fanuc control preferred.
- Working knowledge of various materials & tools (inserts, endmills, drills Etc.)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills and positive can-do attitude
- Must be dependable and possess a willingness to learn new techniques.

- Mechanical aptitude: A strong understanding of mechanical principles.
- Attention to detail: The ability to work with tight tolerances where precision is critical.
- Technical knowledge: The ability to read blueprints and specifications and basic knowledge of G-code programming or CAD/CAM software.
- Problem-solving: The ability to troubleshoot issues and make necessary adjustments.
- Safety consciousness: Adherence to all safety guidelines and protocols.
- Teamwork: The ability to work collaboratively with other team members
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Verify components are produced to print (dimensional and visual inspection)
- Change tools.
- Make offsets.
- Load material and remove scrap.
- Fill out various paperwork.
- Simultaneous operation of multiple machines
- Minor troubleshooting
- Part inspection
