About the Role:

As a Project Manager, you'll lead 6-8 façade restoration projects, focusing on Local Law 11 compliance. You'll be at the heart of preserving NYC's architectural legacy, overseeing crucial inspections and managing projects from start to finish, all while collaborating closely with senior management and clients to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple façade restoration projects, from planning through to completion.

  • Conduct scaffold and field inspections to ensure compliance with NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) regulations.

  • Mentor junior staff and work closely with property owners and contractors to ensure top-tier project execution.

  • Gain invaluable mentorship from a licensed PE and an experienced architect, accelerating your career growth.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years in architecture or engineering project management, with a strong focus on restoration.

  • FISP experience; PE or QPSI certification is a plus.

  • Familiarity with NYC building laws, restoration materials, and scaffold inspections.
