\nDuration: 13 Weeks
\nHours: Full-Time, 5x8-hour evening shifts
\nSchedule: Evenings, every other weekend, holidays required
\nHourly Rate: $60
\nWeekly Gross Pay: $2,400

\nAs the RN Supervisor, you’ll oversee multiple nursing units during the evening shift, ensuring continuity of care, adherence to clinical protocols, and supportive supervision for nursing staff. This is a key leadership role that requires the ability to make sound decisions, support staff development, and maintain high standards of patient safety and dignity.
\nResponsibilities Include:\n\n

\n\t
• Overseeing day-to-day clinical operations across multiple long-term care units\n\t
• Providing guidance and supervision to nursing staff to ensure quality patient care\n\t
• Acting as the primary decision-maker in the absence of the Director of Nursing and Administrator during off-shift hours\n\t
• Teaching, coaching, and supporting staff in alignment with best practices and regulatory standards\n\t
• Collaborating with department leaders and interdisciplinary teams to resolve concerns and improve workflow\n\t
• Maintaining effective communication and documentation regarding unit needs and care delivery\n\t
• Ensuring compliance with New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) regulations and internal standards\n

\n\n\n\nQualifications\n\n

\n\t
• Active RN license in New York State\n\t
• Minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a long-term care environment\n\t
• Prior supervisory experience across multiple units is required\n\t
• Graduate of an accredited School of Registered Nursing; BSN preferred\n\t
• BLS certification through AHA or RQI (required)\n\t
• CPI certification (must be obtained within 90 days of hire)\n\t
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills\n\t
• Knowledge of NYSDOH requirements and electronic documentation systems\n
