Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This opportunity is for four skilled Physical Therapists to provide essential support within elementary school settings for the uping school year. Two positions are available serving an elementary district contracted through a regional educational service, and two positions within a specialized educational center. These contract roles focus on delivering therapeutic services to students, helping them overe physical challenges and achieve their educational goals.

Location: Webster, NY area

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat students with physical disabilities or impairments in an elementary educational setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with educational staff, families, and other therapy professionals.
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed throughout the school year.
• Consult with teachers and staff to integrate physical therapy goals within the classroom environment.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and student outes.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement.

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapy license (State-appropriate licensure required).
• Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably within an educational setting.
• Strong understanding of school-based physical therapy practices and regulations.
• Excellent munication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and maintain detailed records.
