Position Summary:
We are seeking a Paraprofessional to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist teachers in creating a positive learning environment and support students’ academic and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers with instructional activities and classroom management.
• Provide targeted assistance to students with diverse learning needs.
• Supervise students during lessons, recess, lunch, and other activities.
• Prepare learning materials and help implement educational programs.
• Foster an inclusive, safe, and encouraging classroom atmosphere.
• Follow all school policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or higher education preferred.
• Prior experience working with children or students in an educational setting is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, flexibility, and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and families.
