Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Were seeking an experienced Pharmacy Manager for a permanent, full-time position in Ogdensburg, New York. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead a retail pharmacy team focused on patient care, operational excellence, and munity engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the supervising pharmacist and ensure pliance with all federal, state, and board of pharmacy regulations

Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including budgeting, scheduling, payroll, and inventory management

Lead, train, and evaluate pharmacy staff to maintain top-tier performance and pliance

Participate in munity outreach and business development initiatives
-
Administer immunizations and participate in MTM and wellness programs

Provide patient counseling and collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy

Maintain quality assurance standards and continuous improvement efforts to ensure patient safety

Stay current with continuing education and professional licensing requirements
Requirements:

Active New York Pharmacist License (Required)

Immunization Certification (Required)

Must be fortable administering all vaccines (Required)

Previous Pharmacy Manager or leadership experience preferred
