Labor Litigation Paralegal - 3+ Years

Bronx, NY - $60-$85K DOE

Our client, a boutique Plaintiff's Personal Injury law firm, is currently recruiting for a Labor Paralegal to join their Bronx NY office. Candidate must have 3+ years of construction/labor law experience from a law firm on the plaintiff side. Spanish bilingual required

- 3+ years of labor/construction accident litigation experience

- Plaintiff side required

- Experience drafting Bills of Particulars, discovery responses, preparation of witness statements, deposition prep, etc.

- Labor Law 240 experience

- Spanish bilingual

- Must be able to commute to Bronx, near courthouse

- $60-$85K DOE
