Luxury residential building looking for a Part-Time porter to maintain an attractive, safe and pleasing environment for residents.
Tasks will include: meeting and greeting residents, assisting contractors as needed, cleaning apartments, vacuuming, assisting with move ins, move outs and deliveries, maintaining common areas, trash removal, notifying supervision of any outstanding issues. Some heavy lifting required.
Requirements:
General cleaning experience is preferred
Must have customer service skills and the ability to communicate with supervision, residents and colleagues
Candidate must be reliable and dependable with the ability to work overtime as needed as well as weekends
Willing to learn new skills
Must be a team player and have the ability to work independently with minimal instruction
Flexible schedule required
Current Schedule:
Friday: 2-10:30 PM & Saturday 10AM to 6:30PM
