🛠️ Job Summary
The Mechanical Assembler is responsible for assembling components and systems used in filtration and heat exchange products. This role demands mechanical aptitude, precision, and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical parts according to blueprints using hand and power tools
- Inspect components for defects and proper alignment
- Troubleshoot and perform adjustments during assembly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams
- Adhere to all safety protocols and report equipment malfunctions
- Assist in testing and final inspection processes
✅ Skills & Qualifications
Essential Skills:
- Prior assembly experience
- Mechanical aptitude with hand and power tools
- Proficiency in measuring tools (calipers, tape measures)
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- Strong dexterity and attention to detail
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Effective communication skills
Preferred:
- 1–3 years in mechanical assembly
- Experience using torque wrenches

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
