We're a leading full-service litigation law firm based in Long Island, seeking experienced Real Estate Attorneys with significant commercial transactional and/or litigation experience.
Our Real Estate practice represents prominent developers, financial institutions, real estate investment firms, and other high-profile clients in sophisticated real estate transactions and disputes.

Job Details
Qualifications:
- Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Licensure: Admission to the New York State Bar.
- Minimum of 5 years of New York Real Estate experience - Litigation and/or Transactional
- Litigation experience: Landlord/Tenant matters, Civil Litigation, petitions for holdover, non-payment, foreclosures, etc.
- Transactional experience: Representing buyers, sellers, lenders in acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and lease agreements.
- Bonus experience: Commercial Litigation - handling corporate and business disputes in state and federal courts.
