Key Responsibilities:

Lead and complete HVAC system installations (residential and light commercial)
Install furnaces, condensers, ductwork, thermostats, and related components
Oversee apprentices and junior installers
Ensure quality, code-compliant installations
Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites

Requirements:

5+ years of HVAC installation experience
EPA certification (Required)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and HVAC schematics
Strong leadership and communication skills
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and rooftops
