HVAC Technician

What we ask of you:
- Mobile HVAC Operations: Provide expert service across multiple commercial and residential properties, interpreting schematics and system diagrams to diagnose issues efficiently. Travel to assigned locations to assess, service, and maintain HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
- HVAC Installation & Repair: Perform skilled troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of HVAC components and systems, including electrical, refrigeration, and ventilation equipment. Execute light installation work as needed, adhering to manufacturer specifications and building codes while minimizing downtime and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Work Order Management: Manage work and provide status updates through the computerized work order system. Collaborate with the Property Manager and/or Supervisor to resolve problems delaying the completion of work orders.
- Time Management, Communication & Professionalism: Efficiently manage time and always maintain a professional demeanor. Exhibit good written communication through emails and work order system notes, and strong verbal communication skills.
Desired experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
- EPA Section 608 Technician Certification, required.
- 3+ of commercial HVAC experience, required.
- Frequent travel, required.
- Driver's License and auto insurance, required.
- Proficiency in using a variety of tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in operating a mobile device to access work orders and time clock.

Compensation:
- Sign On Bonus: $1,000 at time of hire, with an additional $1,000 after six months.
- The anticipated base rate of pay for this position is $29 - $35 per hour
- Base rate of pay is determined by a number of critical factors, including but not limited to: required experience, skill set needed, and financial and people management scope.
