About the Role

We’re hiring a Sales & Leadership Associate to join our expanding retail and event marketing team in New York City. You’ll represent leading consumer brands at live events, pop-ups, and retail activations — helping create memorable customer experiences while building your own career in sales and leadership.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants hands-on experience that leads to advancement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent top brands at live events and retail activations
- Engage customers to drive awareness, product engagement, and sales
- Deliver confident, compelling brand presentations
- Assist with event setup, visual merchandising, and demonstrations
- Support new hires and step into team leadership opportunities
- Track results and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to hit goals
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, outgoing, and enthusiastic personality
- Retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred (not required)
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn and lead
- Comfortable working evenings or weekends as needed (based on events)
- Professional, reliable, and goal-oriented
