Join Our Team as a Speech Language Pathologist!

We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to become a vital part of our team. If you’re passionate about helping patients improve their communication and swallowing abilities—and want to work in a supportive, collaborative environment—we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
  • Conduct screenings and assessments to identify speech, voice, language, cognition, and swallowing issues.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding communication challenges and treatment plans.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment outcomes, and care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and communicate updates to patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state licensure or certification
  • CFY or CCCs accepted
  • Strong clinical knowledge of speech-language and swallowing disorders
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with specific patient populations or conditions is a plus
  • Proficiency in using EMR and healthcare software systems
