Join Our Team as a Speech Language Pathologist!
We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to become a vital part of our team. If you’re passionate about helping patients improve their communication and swallowing abilities—and want to work in a supportive, collaborative environment—we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.
- Conduct screenings and assessments to identify speech, voice, language, cognition, and swallowing issues.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding communication challenges and treatment plans.
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment outcomes, and care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and communicate updates to patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or certification
- CFY or CCCs accepted
- Strong clinical knowledge of speech-language and swallowing disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with specific patient populations or conditions is a plus
- Proficiency in using EMR and healthcare software systems
