What You’ll Do
Lead and manage a framing crew on residential construction projects
Interpret blueprints, layouts, and framing plans with accuracy
Ensure work is plumb, level, square, and meets our high craftsmanship
standards
Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and professionalism
Collaborate with the project manager to stay on schedule and within budget
Train and mentor apprentices and carpenters
Communicate clearly with the crew and leadership
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years framing experience (2+ years in a leadership role preferred)
Strong knowledge of framing practices, code requirements, and safe work habits
Ability to read and interpret plans and construction documents
Solid organizational and time management skills
A “Renaissance tradesman” mindset—willing to keep learning and growing
Dependable, respectful, and a good communicator
Must have reliable transportation and basic hand tools

Tape, mud, sand, and finish drywall to a high standard of quality
Match textures and feather seams for smooth transitions
Perform repairs and patchwork as needed

What We’re Looking For
2+ years of drywall finishing experience (residential preferred)
