Seeking full or part time time patient care coordinator.
At Cicero Family Dentistry we are eager to help our patients achieve and maintain their ideal dental health, regardless of where they are currently or how complex their dental issues are. We are a true family office caring for 1 year olds to 100+ year olds providing full scope general dentistry. We also have a super friendly office dog named Ted.
As the offices’ first point of contact to our patients, we need someone who is inviting and can embody our office values- compassionate, kind, knowledgeable dentistry that leaves patients feeling comfortable, respected, and well cared for. We focus on developing relationships with our patients so that we may better understand their dental needs, goals, and desires. This allows us the opportunity to provide exceptional service, beautiful outcomes, and delightful experiences for our patients. We are seeking someone who can listen attentively and communicate with sensitivity and integrity. We are happy to train and desire someone who is dedicated to honing skills to adapt to new challenges. Although dental/medical and/or customer service experience is preferred, we are looking for an optimistic collaborative team member who is truly interested in helping others.
As a patient care coordinator you will need to interact thoroughly with practice management software for scheduling, accounts receivable, patient and referral communication via phone, email and text. Our patient care coordinator is also responsible for collecting payments which requires confidence and clarity. We desire self initiative to improve systems and processes that support office flow and/or help with communication. We encourage new ideas and staff input as optimal care occurs when we get to focus on what really matters- our patients.
