Job Summary:We are seeking reliable and professional Inserter Concierge Hospitality to support hospitality and administrative tasks in a law firm environment. Employees will rotate between multiple customer sites across NYC, performing duties independently or under supervision. Training will be provided.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and forward calls using multi-line phone systems
- Schedule and manage conference room bookings via Outlook or similar platforms
- Communicate with clients and staff via Microsoft Outlook, TEAMS, and in-person
- Maintain kitchen areas: restock supplies, ensure cleanliness and organization
- Set up and break down conference rooms before and after meetings
- Support mailroom operations including receiving, sorting, and distributing mail/packages
- Handle occasional shipping and receiving of packages and catering orders
- Provide coverage at different sites as assigned throughout the day
- Perform other administrative and hospitality-related tasks as assigned
Required Skills:
- Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft TEAMS
- Basic knowledge of mailroom operations
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing work locations
- Comfortable with lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be punctual and dependable
Preferred Skills:Prior experience in office services or hospitality, especially in a legal or professional services environment
