\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York or compact state\n
• BLS certification (Basic Life Support) required\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent Labor and Delivery nursing experience\n
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills\n
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities\n

• Deliver comprehensive care to laboring mothers and newborns in a busy Labor and Delivery unit\n
• Monitor maternal and fetal health throughout labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery\n
• Administer medications and support pain management for patients\n
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes\n
• Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care procedures\n
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and clinical interventions\n
