Our Community Resource Center is seeking a WIC Program Manager that will:

  • Oversee all components of WIC Services and ensure compliance with all federal and state policies.
  • Supervise, develop, and train all assigned staff in program practices and policies to ensure appropriate clinic flow and quality service to WIC participants.
  • Support the development and implementation of program goals as it relates to participant nutritional needs and grant initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with agency programs and partners to receive and provide referrals for services.
  • Ensure the ongoing compliance of the WIC program and provide quality assurance through the monitoring and evaluation of all program components.
  • Monitor and conduct outreach as necessary to meet program goals, such as caseload and breastfeeding deliverables.
  • Complete all required reporting and data entry as required. Monitor the data completed by staff to ensure compliance and accuracy on an ongoing basis.
  • Participate in the grant development and contract management, work collaboratively to design the program work plan and budget.
  • Develop internal and external partnerships that support referrals and participant needs.
  • Perform nutrition and other duties of program staff when needed to ensure efficient flow of services.
  • Develop short- and long-term program growth strategies towards the goal of continuous quality improvement, this includes the funding source required annual Self-Assessment.


Candidate Qualifications:

  • Minimum Degree Qualification is Bachelor’s in Nutrition, Public Health, or Public Administration or Registered Dietitian, RN/LPN +2 years supervisory experience.
  • Preferred is master’s in nutrition, Public Health, or Public Administration or Registered Dietician, RN+ 2 Years of supervisory experience.
  • Must have a Valid Driver's License Valid and good standing driver’s license required (driving required)
  • Candidate must be authorized to work in the US without the need for Visa Sponsorship
