We are seeking a Construction Site Supervisor to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
• Manage and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Maintain daily logs, reports, and documentation
• Conduct quality inspections and resolve issues as they arise
• Report project progress to senior management

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in construction

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

• OSHA certification is a plus

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
