• Current NBSTSA (National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Sterile Processing experience preferred.
• Proficiency in sterilization techniques, decontamination, and instrument preparation.
• Knowledge of infection control practices and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Clean, sterilize, and prepare surgical instruments and equipment for procedures.
• Inspect instruments for functionality and safety.
• Maintain a clean and organized sterile processing environment.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure timely availability of instruments.
• Adhere to hospital policies, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.
