Job Description:
We are seeking a Manager who is passionate about working in the children’s industry and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing role. You will be the go-to person for parents, staff, and visitors, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, enforcing rules and regulations, and maintaining a positive, calm atmosphere for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the play space and birthday parties
  
  
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with parents and guests in a friendly, professional manner
  
  
• Enforce rules and regulations while maintaining a positive, supportive atmosphere
  
  
• Handle customer concerns or issues with patience, calmness, and efficiency
  
  
• Supervise staff, ensure the space is always clean and willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the children’s industry or a customer-facing role (preferably in a daycare, play space, or similar environment)
  
  
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly
  
  
• Ability to enforce rules while maintaining a friendly, approachable demeanor
  
  
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
  
  
• Must be able to work weekends
